To maintain a secure environment and prevent accidental injury:
- Remain Still During Service: Please avoid sudden movements while your stylist is using sharp or heated tools such as scissors, needles, razors, flat irons, or hot combs.
- Hands-Off Guideline: For your protection, keep your hands away from your hair and the active styling area unless your stylist provides specific instruction.
Scalp Health & Sensitivity
Your comfort and safety are essential. Please inform your stylist before your appointment begins if you have:
- Any known allergies or sensitivities to hair products.
- Scalp tenderness, irritation, or existing skin conditions.
Health, Hygiene & Studio Etiquette
- Wellness Requirement: If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of sickness, please reschedule your appointment.
- Sanitation Practices: All tools, chairs, and workstations are thoroughly sanitized between each client to uphold strict hygiene standards.
- Guest Policy: To preserve a professional and focused atmosphere, guests are not permitted unless prior authorization has been granted.
Satisfaction & Reporting
We are committed to delivering high-quality results. If you have any concerns regarding your service, you must notify us within 72 hours (3 days) of your appointment so we can properly assess the matter.
Refunds & Service Adjustments
- No Refund Policy: All services provided by Braids By Fanny are non-refundable.
- Adjustment Policy: If a correction or modification is requested, an additional fee will be required. The cost will depend on the hairstyle and the level of work necessary to complete the adjustment.

- Human Hair & Pricing: An additional charge applies for 100% human hair, and pricing varies based on hair length. Please consult with your stylist for exact pricing before beginning your service.
- Hair Preparation: To ensure a faster service, we recommend arriving with your hair washed and blow-dried. If needed, we offer a wash and blow-dry service for $20.
- Payment: Cash is the preferred payment method for the remaining balance.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: Please check your hairstyle before leaving the shop. If you are dissatisfied, we will make adjustments or remove the style at no charge.
- Complaints & Fixes: Any hairstyle concerns must be addressed within one week of your appointment for complimentary corrections.
- Refund Policy: Braids By Fanny does not offer refunds.
